These terms and conditions apply to the ReadTracker app (hereby referred to as "Application"), created by Mario Luis Gutierrez Abed (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a freemium service.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following terms. Unauthorized copying, modifying, translating, or reverse engineering of the Application or its trademarks is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.

Modifications and Charges

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or its services at any time. Any charges for the Application will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Data and Privacy

The Application processes personal data to provide the Service. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the Application. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise its security and hinder the functionality of the Application.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the third-party services from RevenueCat to handle transactions and subscriptions management; a link to their own Terms of Service for can be found here.

Liability for Usage

The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for issues arising from the lack of Wi-Fi or mobile network access. It is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged and has internet connectivity.

App Updates and Compatibility

The Service Provider may update the Application to maintain its relevance. You agree to accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and you are advised to review it periodically.
